We hold your business in high regard and as such, we carefully screen and approve Wholesale Account requests. Wholesale is offered on a first come-first served basis, and we offer style exclusivity (per year) to our initial accounts.
To qualify as a wholesale account, you must have a brick-and-mortar store.
We currently do not offer wholesale to e-commerce sites without a storefront or any consignment. No third party sites are approved for resale (i.e. Ebay, Etsy, auction or similar sites).

For California retailers, a copy of your Seller's Permit is required upon approval.

Your submission of the above indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement:
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All retail prices listed on shop.amandasage.com represent our suggested retail-selling price. Products purchased from Amanda Sage Collection shall only be sold at the suggested retail price. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below the suggested retail price.
A minimum order of $400 is required on opening orders.
Wholesale re-orders are ordered from our in-stock inventory.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Because we produce to order and do not warehouse large stocks of our designs, cancellations and revisions cannot be accepted more than 48 hours after placing your order. Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours.
Payment will be charged at the time of placing your order. U.S. wholesale orders may be paid for by credit card or Paypal. International wholesale orders may only be paid for via Paypal.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your in-stock order to ship. Your order will be sent via USPS with a tracking number. We offer flat rate shipping for wholesale orders: $20 for US and $40 for International orders. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
Different computer monitors cause the colors of online images to vary slightly.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if in stock. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
